"If you are looking for a spacious, well-appointed, clean and comfortable home in a quiet/private location near the ocean, this is the place for you! ... Our favorite parts of the home were the rooftop deck with its ocean views, sunlit rooms, and the soothing sound of the waves that could easily be heard in every room facing the ocean. We also appreciated having access to the community’s small rock beach, which was a welcome and quiet respite from busy July crowds in many of the beach towns. ... We have vacationed in the Ogunquit/Perkins Cove area for nearly 25 years, and would highly recommend you treat yourself to this beautiful, peaceful, and perfect Maine getaway!"

"Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home near Ogunquit. The location was perfect for us - away from the crowds in town, but so close to both Ogunquit and York. The layout of the house was great for our multi-generational family; everyone had their own space when they wanted to retreat. We made a lot of use of the roof top deck - relaxing with the ocean view, reading, playing games and just hanging out. Paul was a very attentive host - he's thought of everything! We were able to just relax and enjoy the week. We hope to return next year!"

"Wonderful property in a great location very close to the beach. The house has everything one needs: a well-stocked kitchen, great views, sufficient places to socialize or read quietly, and an excellent assortment of games. Our favorite room was the sunporch off the main living space as it was a great place to relax, listen to the ocean and play a few games.
